Skyla Credit Union is seeking a Facility Operations Specialist to support mail processing, supplies, and facility-related tasks in a on-site setting at our Charlotte, NC location. You will also assist ATM operations, courier duties, and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a community-focused credit union environment. High school diploma required, with preference for back-office banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Financial institution back office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute courier bags to designated locations.
• Manage supply inventory and fulfill orders for various departments.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of office supplies.
• Escort third party vendors throughout the credit union as needed.
• Scan and index documents into the appropriate systems with accuracy.
• Perform daily ATM duties, including monitoring uptime and reporting issues.
• Prepare and distribute outgoing member notices in a timely manner.
• Track and manage facility request tickets for timely resolution.
• Process mail-in payments accurately and post promptly.
• Assist with daily courier services to branches as needed.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles per policy.
