Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Mailroom Technician to manage the timely receipt, digitization, and distribution of mail and documents. The role acts as a bridge between physical mail operations and digital processes, ensuring accurate scanning, indexing, and routing to the proper departments.

You will perform mail collection, document preparation, scanning, quality assurance, and workflow monitoring while upholding strict confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Windows-based applications.
• Ability to learn document management, imaging, workflow, and scanning systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and business partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely receipt, processing, digitization, quality review, and electronic distribution of incoming mail and documents.
• Scan, index, classify, and route correspondence to appropriate departments.
• Perform daily mail collection, mailroom operations, document preparation, scanning, quality assurance, and workflow monitoring.
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards.
• Provide internal customer service through timely responses and issue resolution.
• Support the credit union's digital transformation initiatives by ensuring efficient electronic document delivery.
