Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Mail Center Support Associate to receive, sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail for the AFPC at Randolph AFB, while delivering superior customer service. The role supports the mission to help change lives through the power of work and involves everyday contact with internal customers.

Responsibilities include scanning mail, processing registered and certified items, handling FedEx shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with eligibility for security clearance or higher-level access if required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with basic office skills.
• Prior mail processing experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; comfortable with general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Scan incoming mail (registered, certified, insured) and sort/distribute to recipients.
• Greet and assist internal customers at the service window; answer phone inquiries.
• Process outgoing mail, including certified and standard mail; log tracking numbers.
