Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio seeks a Service Center representative to provide timely, professional responses to inquiries by phone, email, and webchat at Randolph AFB, TX. You will document cases in the RNT system and process DD Form 214s for separating or retiring personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a US government security clearance.
• Minimum 6 months to a year experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Familiarity with Air Force terminology, DoD, Air Force forms, and Military Personnel Data System.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and provide timely, professional, accurate responses to inquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
• Document each case in the RNT database and note resolution.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate owner as directed.
• Maintain timely responses within required timeframes and adapt to changing Air Force HR policies.
