Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Production Associate to support donation processing and store operations at our facilities in Texas. You will greet donors, sort and move donated goods, and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading items, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean work area while following safety and loss prevention procedures. Availability for standing and lifting tasks is required; team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Able to bend, lift, and move continuously throughout the day.
• Able to lift heavy objects with assistance when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors and customers at the donation station.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort, tag, and price items; restock shelves and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and respond to customer/donor questions professionally.
