Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Magnet documentation and site preparation.
• Coordinate data management and analysis for Magnet projects.
• Oversee evidence collection (SOE) and DDCT/NDNQI data.
• Promote patient safety, nursing research, and quality improvement.
• Coach and mentor nurses on the Magnet model and Shared Decision Making.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to drive projects and education.
