Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Magnet Program Director to lead efforts to attain and sustain ANCC Magnet Status across the network. You will coordinate education, documentation, and inter-disciplinary collaboration, and report to the Network Magnet Designation Director and Campus Chief Nurse Officer.
The role requires a BSN, at least five years in nursing with leadership experience, outstanding communication, and strong computer skills.

The Magnet Program Director is responsible for leading activities required to attain and maintain ANCC Magnet Status. This role includes but is not limited to, planning, coordination, education, and collaboration about Magnet recognition, serving as a resource for Shared Decision-Making Councils, facilitating and overseeing the preparation of all Magnet documentation and interim reporting. Reports to Network Magnet Designation Director and Campus Chief Nurse Officer.
