Responsibilities include cashier duties, customer service, store safety, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. The role emphasizes understanding store layout, adhering to safety and PPE guidelines, and supporting guest experiences while coordinating with department managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills; cash handling and POS literacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor associates’ adherence to company policies.
• Able to run cashier register and courtesy counter desk and handle customer concerns.
• Understand store layout and location of safety/equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to department managers.
• In the absence of Store Director or department manager, supervise time clock maintenance.
• May close store: lock doors, turn off lights, arm store, etc.
• Knowledge of product locations to assist customers.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked store.
• Follow PPE and Safety Guidelines, food safety, and cleaning expectations.
• Support guest experience guidelines and assist in other departments as needed.
