SpartanNash seeks a Store Operations role in Madison, WI to coordinate activities across shifts in the absence of Store Director or Assistant Director. The position focuses on operational efficiency, policy adherence, customer service, and safety compliance.

You will run the register, assist customers, ensure proper stocking, and support multiple departments as needed. Prior retail experience and strong observation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Monitor associate adherence to company policies.
• Run cashier register and courtesy desk; handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Know store layout and safety equipment locations.
• Conduct regular area inspections and provide feedback to managers.
• In the absence of Store Director, assume time clock maintenance responsibilities.
• May close store operations as needed.
• Assist customers with product locations and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, stocking and PPE/safety compliance.
• Follow guest experience guidelines and safety protocols.
• Travel as required for assignment and support.
