Job summary

Drink Wisconsinbly Beverage Co. is seeking a Market Manager Sales in Madison, WI. The candidate will focus on creating and growing accounts within the distributor network, targeting both on- and off-premise partners, and expanding distribution in the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with distributor sales teams, submit accurate orders, and execute product placements and promotions while meeting monthly quotas. Travel and flexible hours are required to support market needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in related field (distribution, hospitality, supplier or beverage industry) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Reliable car and ability to travel.
• Ability to acquire liquor salespersons permit and other required permits.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow accounts in Madison territory, focusing 90% in-market development.
• Secure and expand distribution in assigned account base.
• Pre-plan sales, territory and account objectives toward quotas.
• Maintain regular communication with distributor partners and customers.
• Travel for company meetings, trainings and crew drives as needed.
