University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) is seeking a Quick Service Team Member for Selleck Dining Center. This full-time role supports the quick service made-to-order concept with mobile ordering. You’ll perform kitchen duties, assemble orders, monitor quality, and help in other areas as needed in a fast-paced dining environment.

Formación

• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test.

Responsabilidades

• Perform back of the house kitchen duties: ingredient prep, inventory, cooking and assembling orders, station setup/closing, dish machine operations and cleaning.
• Build orders based on established processes, procedures and recipes.
• Monitor food quality and presentation; control food waste.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
