Our Assistant Store Managers are a core element of the Lids brand, playing a pivotal role in supporting store operations and driving sales. They provide an outstanding customer experience by being product experts and assisting customers in finding and selecting products. They also contribute to management tasks like training, scheduling, recordkeeping, and problem solving. We’re looking for energetic team players ready to join us!
Compensation can be up to 45% above minimum wage based on experience, plus bonuses and discounts. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
