Responsibilities include delivering macOS IT support, deploying equipment, consulting with users, and assisting building-level network troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and four years of appropriate experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and proactive IT support to faculty and staff in a macOS environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues; elevate when appropriate.
• Deliver preventative maintenance recommendations and resolve recurring technical problems.
• Maintain broad expertise across multiple platforms and serve as a subject matter expert in macOS technologies.
