Collabera is seeking a Senior MacOS Administrator to join a large enterprise environment in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role requires hands-on expertise with MacOS management and enterprise MDM platforms (JAMF and Workspace ONE), plus scripting to automate configurations and deployments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of MacOS administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a track record of supporting Level III IT operations in a busy enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MacOS administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM (JAMF/Workspace ONE).
• Experience creating profiles, policies, and configurations in MDM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level III MacOS support for a large enterprise environment.

Job Title:MacOS Admin with MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Relocation people are also invited to apply)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

Strong Senior MacOS Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on MacOS administration and Tier III support experience. Experienced with enterprise MDM environments, including JAMF/Workspace ONE, with expertise in creating profiles and policies, configuring controls, scripting, troubleshooting complex MacOS issues, and developing solutions through direct manipulation of MDM configurations. Brings the hands-on depth required for a Level III administrator supporting a large enterprise environment.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $63 - $64 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
