The ideal candidate has 7+ years of MacOS administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a track record of supporting Level III IT operations in a busy enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MacOS administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM (JAMF/Workspace ONE).
• Experience creating profiles, policies, and configurations in MDM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level III MacOS support for a large enterprise environment.
• Configure and manage MDM profiles, policies, and configurations.
