Job summary

ASTEMO ROCK SPRING, INC. is seeking a Machining Utility for our Rock Spring, GA facility. Join a 3-shift manufacturing environment and help ensure quality of aluminum components used by major automotive partners. You will load, machine, inspect, and move parts, while supporting line leadership and safety initiatives.

The role requires adaptability across the machining department, adherence to ISO and OSHA standards, and strong teamwork to meet production goals and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Forklift operations experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and process cards.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Visual quality check of raw cast aluminum products.
• Visual quality check of machined aluminum products.
• Load raw cast aluminum into manual CNC machine and unload machined products.
• Load conveyor with machined aluminum products and perform end of shift cleanup.
• Support other departments and act as Step-Up Line Leader when needed.
