ASTEMO ROCK SPRING, INC. in Rock Spring, GA, is seeking an Assembly Operator to support the Assembly department across three shifts. The role requires following work instructions and adhering to safety and quality standards while achieving planned production quantities.

Responsibilities include quality checks, loading/unloading in manual and automated assembly machines, and supporting other departments as needed to meet customer delivery goals.

Formación

• Quality check of machined aluminum products.
• Follow STOP, CALL, WAIT procedures.
• Works in assembly with safety compliance.
• Familiar with manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Quality check of machined aluminum products.
• Loading of machined aluminum product into manual assembly machine.
• Loading of machined aluminum product into automated assembly machine.
• Unloading of assembled product from manual assembly machine.
• Unloading of assembled product from automated assembly machine.
• Loading of assembly model components.
• Unloading of assembly model components due to line or model change overs.
• Must be able to work where needed in the assembly department.
• Must be able to support other departments as needed.
• Ensure production meets safety, ISO 14001, ethics and delivery goals.
