Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (OSHA, ISO 9001) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing efforts in producing quality automotive components.
• Ensure safety first attitude every day.
• Monitor hourly progress and production metrics.
• Coach line leaders and associates as needed.
• Schedule manpower and manage overtime.
