At Rome Grinding Solutions, we're looking for an experienced machinist who enjoys leading a team while staying actively involved in the work. This is a working supervisor position—not a desk job!

Our Machining Supervisor will split their time between hands‑on machining (approximately 50%) and supervisory responsibilities (approximately 50%). This individual will work side by side with our machinists, providing technical guidance, solving problems, and leading by example while ensuring the department operates safely, efficiently, and productively.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Ability to adapt to changing production demands and priorities
