The ideal candidate has 5+ years of machining experience and at least 3 years in leadership, with strong ability to read blueprints and use precision tools. Base pay ranges $30–$35 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years machining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CNC programming experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by actively performing machining operations alongside the team.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and support machinists to promote quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance with machine setups, troubleshooting, and machining challenges.
• Coordinate daily production priorities, schedules, and deadlines with the Production and Operations teams.
• Monitor department performance, workmanship, and quality standards.
• Communicate tooling, material, and equipment needs to appropriate departments.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
