Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Graniteville, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Machining to support day-to-day machining operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a mechanical or manufacturing engineering background with machining experience and strong CAD/CAM skills.

Ideal candidates will have CNC programming knowledge (G-code), familiarity with SAP for production planning, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 3 years of machining experience, or 7 years in machining engineering.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support for Machining lines; focus on stability and performance.
• Support implementation and sustainment of processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Develop and update work instructions, standard work, and process documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement for quality, efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams for daily needs.
• Support change management for product, process, or equipment updates.
• Collect and analyze production data for performance monitoring.
• Promote safety, quality, and company standards.
• Perform additional engineering tasks as assigned.
