Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own CNC Mill/Turn processes on the shop floor. You will drive safe, compliant manufacturing with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement new strategies and digital solutions.

Ideal candidates bring CNC programming, 5-axis machining, and GD&T proficiency, with NX/CAM NX and Vericut experience; Siemens 840D, Renishaw cycles are a plus.

Qualifications

• AAS degree in an engineering discipline with 4+ years of experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 2+ years’ experience OR
• Master's in an engineering discipline OR
• JD/PhD in an engineering discipline
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required

Responsibilities

• Quality: drive zero defects and Right First Time across the value stream.
• Delivery: identify and develop opportunities to improve processes and digital systems.
