Qualifications

• 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, or 9 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a compressed schedule (Monday through Thursday).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of manufacturing processes.
• Develop, improve, and implement policies and procedures.
• Design, source, and test various tools and equipment.
• Analyze production data and write reports.
• Develop and implement work instructions and procedures.
• Provide technical assistance for manufacturing operations.
• Promote a compliance culture and uphold the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
• Prepare layouts of buildings and equipment.
• Train production staff and mentor team members.
