Rolls-Royce Corporation in Graniteville, SC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Machining to lead process development, tooling selection, and data-driven improvements across local and global production sites.

You will design and optimize manufacturing processes, develop work instructions, mentor staff, and lead special projects to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 5 years of experience; or 9 years total experience.
• Shift: compressed schedule Monday through Thursday.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes, flow, assembly, and equipment selection locally and globally.
• Improve policies, procedures, and controls with cross-site collaboration.
• Design, source, test, and justify tooling and equipment to meet production goals.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to drive improvements.
• Develop and implement detailed work instructions for production floors.
• Provide technical support for complex operations; ensure safety and compliance.
• Mentor staff in manufacturing engineering and project management.
• Lead special projects aligned with global objectives.
