Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own CNC Mill/Turn processes and drive process improvements on state-of-the-art equipment for critical aerospace components. You will work on safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives on the shop floor.

The role requires a background in engineering with hands-on CNC experience, GD&T proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-value manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

AAS or higher in an engineering discipline with related experience, or 6+ years of relevant work in lieu of degree.
Experience with CNC Mill/Turn and Ni-based superalloys is preferred.
Strong GD&T and dimensional inspection knowledge.
US Citizenship or green card holder required.

Responsibilities

Own CNC Mill/Turn processes and ensure adherence to design intent and safety standards.
Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, digital systems, and processes.
Lead process improvements to reduce cost, improve quality, and shorten lead times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical mentoring.
