Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building customer relationships.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and initiative in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities.
• Two-year college degree or technical school education is advantageous, plus 2+ years inside sales experience.
• Knowledge of the construction equipment industry is preferred.
