Job summary

Rexco Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team in Cedar Rapids. In this role you will manage parts inventory, handle receiving and shipping, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in person or by phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory—stocking, organizing, cycle counts, and coordinating with service to keep parts available.
• Receive, ship, and handle parts, including loading/unloading trucks and preparing orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone—identifying needs, recommending parts, and processing orders/returns.
• Use systems and catalogs to quickly find parts, pricing, and availability while handling transactions and communications.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace while contributing to team goals, training, and Rexco's positive culture.
