Job summary

Rexco Equipment, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Davenport branch. You will be the face of the branch for walk-in customers, guiding them through a structured sales process and building lasting relationships that drive repeat business.

You will manage CRM-driven outreach, quotes, trade evaluations, and delivery coordination while hitting daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Training and commissions accompany a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• Strong communicator who listens before pitching
• CRM proficiency and follow-up discipline
• Creative problem-solver who handles objections well
• Associate degree or technical school background is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a customer base through relationship work and follow-up
• Use Rexco's CRM to stay organized and plan outreach
• Manage full sales process: trade evaluations, quotes, negotiations, credit apps, warranties, delivery coordination
• Be proactive and reach out before customers know they need something
• Track progress against daily, weekly, monthly goals
• Attend manufacturer trainings, product demos, and trade events
