Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance/repair.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems including D365, CAT Interact and help desk platforms.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage service work orders in D365 from opening to closing and invoicing.
• Provide status updates to customers and document communications.
• Coordinate repairs, transportation, and cross-department billing with shop personnel.
• Support warranty administration and code adjustments.
• Process COD payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Manage and resolve help desk tickets and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and evolving business needs.
