Job summary

Foley, Incorporated in Monroe, NJ seeks a skilled Machinery Technician to perform repairs and service on Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar construction equipment. You will troubleshoot, verify readings, and ensure work aligns with manufacturer specifications while following all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cat/Non-Cat construction equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist parts department in researching and ordering needed parts.
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of SisWeb and ET is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed technical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical repairs and service on Machinery Equipment.
• Troubleshooting and notify Service Manager of issues.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Follow Foley safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Install, replace, rebuild, or repair parts and equipment per specifications.
• Test the part or equipment and perform quality checks after work is complete.
• Load dock responsibilities as needed.
• At shift end, secure equipment and complete required paperwork.
• Repair and maintain Caterpillar / Non-Caterpillar Construction equipment.
