Job summary

Foley, Incorporated in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Machinery Service Advisor to manage service work orders in D365, open and close tickets, and provide status updates to customers as the primary contact. You will coordinate equipment repairs, support warranty administration, process payments, and work with Supervisors and Technicians to ensure accurate invoicing, service quality, and timely follow-ups.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma and at least 3 years in heavy equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive maintenance/repair experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems including D365, CAT Interact and help desk platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage service work orders in D365, including opening, maintaining, closing, invoicing, and updates.
• Serve as the primary customer contact with status updates and follow-ups.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, transportation, and cross-department billing with Supervisors, Technicians, and shop personnel.
• Support warranty administration, including enrollments, checklists, and code adjustments.
• Process customer payments for COD transactions and ensure accurate invoicing and warranty closures.
• Manage and resolve help desk tickets and escalate customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
