Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pref: corrugated industry experience and press department exposure.
• 6 months of experience as a Press Department First Helper or in the Press/Finishing area.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine including setup, operation, cleanup.
• Monitor box quality, including liner, warp, size, print.
• Maximize equipment utilization by running at capacity and speed.
• Train and assist First/Second Helpers with duties on the machine.
• Cross-train on other machines and complete reports on production data and safety.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping, follow schedules and report issues.
