Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior packaging industry experience preferred (paper, plastics, converting).
• 6 months’ experience in manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and follow Pratt Industries safety rules and procedures.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes).
• Maintain high attention to quality and prevent defective products from leaving the facility.
• Assist the Machine Operator to maximize equipment utilization and improve setup times and downtime.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards; maintain good housekeeping.
