Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America is seeking a manufacturing operator to support our corrugated production lines in Texas. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, perform setups and changeovers, and help maintain a safe, efficient workflow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliability, strong teamwork, and the ability to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends. Prior experience in corrugated or packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure steady workflow.
• Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.
• Lead machine crew with setups and changeovers.
• Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.
• Complete necessary reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
