Pratt Industries in Carlisle, PA is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator to support presses, assist with setup, operation, cleanup, and process improvements. You will work closely with operators to keep production running smoothly and ensure quality throughout the line.

• Duties include assisting the operator with setup, feeding, and die-cut sections on the machine.
• Monitor board quality and report issues to keep production running.
• Assist operators with various duties to support efficient press operations.

Responsibilities

• Set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
• Assist operator in other duties.
• Monitor board quality, including - loose liner, warp, dimensions, caliper, and any other defects.
• Report any quality problems to the operator and sort as necessary to keep the machine running.

POSITION: ASSISTANT MACHINE OPERATOR

HOURLY WAGE: $19.80 + SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

Responsible for all activities associated with helping operators on all presses including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations.
