Job summary

Peak Business Valuation, an Amplēo Company, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Machinery & Equipment Appraisal division. This role serves as the operational backbone of the appraisal team, ensuring projects move efficiently from client intake through delivery while providing exceptional service to lenders, business owners, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.

This is not a traditional administrative role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive administration, or client services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming appraisal requests and assign projects through HubSpot CRM.
• Route SBA lending opportunities and internal referrals to the appropriate appraiser.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for lenders, attorneys, accountants, business owners, and clients throughout the appraisal process.
• Coordinate nationwide travel for field inspections, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and itineraries.
• Prepare travel documentation and support appraisers before, during, and after field engagements.
