Spencer Ogden seeks an experienced Apparatus Coordinator to own the full equipment procurement lifecycle, from forecast through PO execution, delivery coordination, and final reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of procurement, supply chain, or commodity management experience.
• Experience procuring electrical/industrial equipment or long-lead components preferred.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and invoice reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Forecast equipment requirements across projects.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and agreements.
• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions with specs, quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
• Track purchase orders, supplier commitments, payments, inspections, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, logistics, and finance for alignment with schedules and budgets.
