Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in consultative sales in the machine tool industry
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel and obtain a passport for international travel
• Experience with project management and timely follow-up with customers

Responsibilities

• Drive machine tool sales and value-added services to current customers and prospects.
• Manage territory and prospecting efforts to meet annual revenue and margin goals.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to identify needs and propose Gosiger solutions.
• Maintain strong internal relationships with sales, service, and training teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide annual business plans and reports on sales activity and forecasts.
