Responsabilidades

• Build enclosures, coolant components, dresser assemblies, spindle supports, fixtures, guards, and other machine subassemblies.
• Install bearings, seals, motors, couplings, fasteners, tubing, fittings, lubrication, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Verify torque, orientation, clearances, routing, cleanliness, and basic function.
• Read mechanical drawings, bills of materials, hydraulic diagrams, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Resolve routine fit, hardware, routing, leakage, and assembly problems.
• Record shortages, nonconformances, corrections, and completed work accurately.

Builds complete machine subassemblies with limitedsupervision. This assembler reads drawings and bills of materials, installsmechanical and fluid components, checks fit and motion, and documents issuesbefore they move downstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Build enclosures, coolant components, dresser assemblies, spindlesupports, fixtures, guards, and other machine subassemblies
• Install bearings, seals, motors, couplings, fasteners, tubing,fittings, lubrication, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
• Verify torque, orientation, clearances, routing, cleanliness, and basicfunction
• Read mechanical drawings, bills of materials, hydraulic diagrams, andpneumatic diagrams

Required Qualifications

• Industrial machinery, automation, machine-tool, or precision mechanicalassembly experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools
• Working knowledge of fasteners, bearings, seals, fittings, tubing, andmechanical components
• Ability to complete defined subassemblies independently and requesthelp when risk is unclear
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and workmanship

Preferred Experience ( 5+ years)

• Hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, coolant, or basic electricalexperience
• Machine-tool, spindle, robotics, aerospace-equipment, or fixtureexperience
• Rigging, alignment, troubleshooting, or field-installation exposure

What Success Looks Like

Builds reliable subassemblies that fit correctly, passinspection, and reach final assembly without avoidable rework.

• Full-time position based primarily on-site in Hauppauge, New York
• Typical company schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m.; specific hours depend on the role
