Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a 2nd shift operator to run machinery on a poultry production line. You will ensure continuous flow of product, verify ingredients, and adjust settings to maintain quality and safety. The role includes setting up and breaking down machines and reporting maintenance needs as required.

The position requires on-the-job training and at least 3 months of operator experience. You will work in a wet, high-noise environment with strict safety policies and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ months operator experience or combined employment that totals at least 3 months.
• Successful completion of On-the-Job Training (OJT) as required.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without accommodation.

Job Details:This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Responsible for setting up machine and/or breaking down machine.
