Pay is $17.05 per hour for 1st shift and for 2nd shift there is an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.

• Benefits start day of hire.
• REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 1 YEAR WAIT PERIOD. 365 days wait period from last termination date.
• CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR TYSON FOODS OR TYSON AFFILIATES 3 OR MORE TIMES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE. 3X rule (candidates cannot have worked for Tyson 3X before).
• Schedule for 2nd shift is Approx: 4 PM to 1 AM depending on department.
• MUST be willing to work overtime, some weekends and holidays as Production requires.
• MUST be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Job Requirements

• This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• These positions could work in any department of the processing facility.
• Some positions require the ability to push, pull, carry, or lift 50+ pounds.
• Jobs are fast paced and require repetitive motion.
• Must be able to work in damp cold or damp hot environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and be able to stand 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
