Job summary

MP&M in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift on weekends. You will operate CNC machinery, load/unload materials, follow instructions, and maintain quality records.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided in a modern facility with a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.

Job Location: MPM - Manitowoc, WI 54220, Position Type: Full Time, Machine Operator | Weekend Days (2nd Shift) | Manitowoc, WI

Schedule

• Friday - Sunday
• 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Work just 3 days per week

36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours

What You'll Do

• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently

• Reading and following work instructions
• Using precision measuring tools to verify part quality
• Identifying and reporting quality or production concerns
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Using basic shop tools and material-handling equipment
