Job summary

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3:00pm–1:00am shift. You will operate CNC machinery, load/unload materials, read instructions, and help maintain production records in a clean, modern facility.

We value reliability and a hands-on attitude. Training is provided; climate-controlled environment, childcare reimbursement, and a three-day workweek with four days off per week are offered.

What You'll Do:

• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials and parts
• Reading and following work instructions
• Using precision measuring tools to verify part quality
• Identifying and reporting quality or production concerns
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Using basic shop tools and material-handling equipment
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
• Contributing to a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to hear and recognize normal and abnormal machine sounds
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.
