Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a manufacturing associate to retrieve, inspect, and prepare products per customer specifications. The role emphasizes operating machinery, maintaining safety practices, and accurately completing logs.

You will interpret basic drawings, determine material quantities, and ensure paperwork like time logs and QC logs are precise. This position supports production workflows in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or at least 1 month of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to review and understand operator instructions and documentation.
• Ability to use basic math and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and demonstrate knowledge of all machine functions.
• Maintain safe working practices and procedures while operating equipment.
• Interpret basic part drawings and determine material needs.
• Complete time logs, inventory tags, and QC logs accurately.
• Follow lockout/tag-out procedures and perform routine machine maintenance.
