Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to assist the machine operator and production team in a variety of tasks, including cleanup, yard work, and material handling. You will follow safety procedures, use PPE, and help prepare for shifts.

The role emphasizes clean work areas, accurate handling of inventory, and operating equipment as trained while maintaining regular attendance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to follow company production and safety procedures.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide 10’s and 100’s.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated machine operator or production team in various functions.
• Keep work area clean and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate machinery or equipment as trained with safety.
• Assist in loading/unloading of trucks and in shipping/receiving documents.
• Maintain inventory and verify loads leaving the premises.
