Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of CRH, is seeking an Equipment and Machine Operator in the United States. The role focuses on retrieving, inspecting, and preparing products to meet customer specifications, while applying machine knowledge and safety practices on a daily basis.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of all machine functions.
• Follow safe work practices and procedures while operating the machine.
• Interpret basic part drawings.
• Identify type and quantity of raw materials required for jobs.
• Complete time logs, inventory tags and QC logs accurately.
• Follow lockout/tag-out procedures.
• Perform routine machine maintenance including blade changes and fluid checks.
• Maintain an average efficiency rate of 85% as set by management.
• Other duties as needed.
