Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Machine Operator Level2 in Indiana to safely operate and monitor popcorn processing and packaging equipment. You will follow GMPs/HACCP, perform basic maintenance, and document production data daily.

Responsibilities include adjusting speeds and temperatures, inspecting bags for seal integrity, and assisting with line changeovers while prioritizing safety and quality. Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English to perform duties effectively and safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years manufacturing or food processing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate popcorn processing and packaging machinery.
• Monitor production lines and adjust settings to meet specs.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Respond quickly to machine jams, misfeeds, and malfunctions.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, and safety guidelines.
• Record production data and complete shift handoff reports.
• Wear PPE and maintain a clean work area.
