CJ Schwan’s in Kentucky is hiring for a full-time production role with starting pay of $21.50 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The position offers weekly Friday pay, two weeks PTO in the first year, holidays, multiple health and vision plans, and a 401(k) with company match.

You will help start up equipment, monitor line speeds, and ensure safety and quality. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience; lifting up to

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs; bending, carrying, pushing, pulling and other activities as needed.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete and work in cold and/or hot temperatures; overtime or weekend availability based on plant scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Setting up and pre-running the equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product quality and safety.
• Responsible for various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP), utilizing SAP SOPs and safety training.
