CJ Schwan's in Kentucky is seeking a full-time Production Operator for our food manufacturing facility. You will set up and pre-run equipment for start-up, control line speeds, and perform quality checks to ensure product safety and consistency.

We offer strong pay ($21.50/hr plus $1.50 shift differential for off-hours), weekly pay, paid time off, 7 holidays and 2 personal days, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and physical activity.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete and work in various temperatures; overtime/weekends possible.

Responsabilités

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates; start/stop equipment.
• Perform quality checks and maintain product safety and quality.
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs and training.
