Schwan's Company in Stilwell, OK is hiring for a production associate responsible for setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure a proper production startup. You will monitor line speeds, batch formulas, production rates, and ensure product appearance and safety.

The role requires completing quality checks and all required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP and established SOPs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete, and

• Must be 18+; ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods; work in varying temperatures.
• Flexible with overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.

Starting Pay: $18.75 per hour Additional $x.xx shift differential from 6p.m. -- 6a.m. Shift:2nd Hours:5p-5a

What You Will Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexible working overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.
